1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ascendia Quest. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website ascendiaquest.com and all content, features, and services offered through it (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Ascendia Quest (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Platform

Ascendia Quest offers guided meditation journeys, sound healing frequencies, wellness articles, and related digital content designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and personal growth. Currently, registration and access to the Platform are free. We plan to introduce premium content and paid subscription tiers in the future; when we do, these Terms will be updated to include the applicable pricing, billing, and cancellation terms.

Selected content from Ascendia Quest may also be published on third-party platforms such as YouTube and Instagram. Some content is, and will remain, exclusive to the Platform and is not published elsewhere.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in through a supported third-party provider, such as Google or Facebook. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Keep your login credentials confidential;
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account; and
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you register using a third-party sign-in provider, your use of that provider is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

5. Content License and Restrictions

Limited license. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ascendia Quest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream the content available on the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Restrictions. Except where explicitly permitted by us in writing, or where content is published by Ascendia Quest itself on third-party platforms such as YouTube or Instagram for public sharing, you may not:

• Download, copy, capture, record, or otherwise reproduce any video, audio, sound frequency, article, or other content available on the Platform;
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any technological protection measure used to control access to or copying of content, such as streaming-only delivery — doing so may also violate applicable anti-circumvention laws, including 17 U.S.C. § 1201 in the United States;
• Re-upload, redistribute, publicly perform, broadcast, or make available any Platform content on any other website, application, or platform;
• Edit, remix, dub, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any automated tool, bot, scraper, or similar technology to access, index, or extract content from the Platform;
• Share your account credentials with others, or allow multiple individuals to access the Platform through a single account, except as expressly permitted under any future family or group plan.

Enforcement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, and to pursue any available legal remedies, in response to violations of this Section. If you believe your copyrighted content has been used on the Platform without authorization, or if you are a rights holder with a takedown request, please contact us at info@ascendiaquest.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including videos, audio recordings, sound frequencies, articles, graphics, logos, and the Ascendia Quest name and brand — is owned by Ascendia Quest or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

7. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or to any part of the Platform not intended for public access;
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

8. Wellness Content Disclaimer

Ascendia Quest provides meditation, sound healing, and wellness content for general relaxation and personal growth purposes. This content is not medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may reference or link to third-party services, including donation processing (currently Ko-fi) and, for our eBook, external marketplaces such as Gumroad and Amazon. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascendia Quest disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ascendia Quest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to Ascendia Quest, other users, or third parties. You may also stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
